Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Officer with technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA to manage and enhance our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting SAP S/4HANA, as well as expertise in data analytics to help drive insights and decisions. You will work closely with business teams to ensure smooth system integration, optimal performance, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle system configuration, requirements gathering, and user training to ensure solutions meet business needs. In-depth knowledge of middleware integration tools and methodologies, including REST, SOAP, IDOCs, APIs, JSON, XML, and other widely used data exchange formats. Hands-on experience with the SAP BTP platform, including integration requirements and best practices for implementation. Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues, including performance degradation, failed transactions, data mismatches, or connectivity failures. Provide technical support to end users for SAP-related issues. Train users on SAP system functionalities and processes, ensuring that they understand how to use the system effectively. Design and develop data analytics dashboards for user insights. Leverage data analytics to analyze system performance and improve business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field. Strong understanding of ERP systems/CRM software/other relevant systems. Strong knowledge of SAP BTP platform and integration services. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and support. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:

SAP certification in S/4HANA or related modules. Experience in data analytics tools and techniques.
