Job Description
We are seeking a
Logistics Officer
to plan and manage the allocation of manpower, equipment, and tools to ensure their timely and effective availability across project sites. The role involves close coordination with procurement and project teams to enable smooth mobilization and demobilization of resources.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee allocation of
manpower, equipment, and tools
for multiple project sites. Monitor site requirements and ensuretimely delivery of resources
. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams for smooth operations. Managemobilization and demobilization schedules
efficiently. Track resource utilization and updateERP/project management systems
. Ensure compliance with company policies,HSE standards
, and project timelines.Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Business, Logistics, or Engineering
. Minimum5 years' experience in logistics/resource allocation
within the construction or MEP sector. Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency inERP and project management tools
