About the Role: As an Implementation Specialist at Polaris Technology, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and delivering our software applications to our valued clients. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that our clients experience a seamless transition to our software, enabling them to optimize their business operations and maximize profitability. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and data migration of our state-of-the-art ERP software for restaurant clients.
- Ensure a smooth and trouble-free transition to operational excellence for clients, minimizing disruptions to their daily operations.
- Establish and maintain close, collaborative relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their unique business processes, goals, and requirements.
- Offer tailored solutions and recommendations that align with the specific needs of each client.
- Provide clients with comprehensive training on the functionality and usage of our ERP software.
- Ensure that clients have the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize the software, promoting successful and efficient adoption.
- Monitor the performance of ERP software at client sites, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Proactively recommend enhancements and refinements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client operations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in ERP software.
- Provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations to help them leverage the latest innovations to their advantage.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Polaris Technology to provide input and feedback for product enhancements and updates.
- Share client feedback and insights to inform the continuous improvement of our ERP software.
- Assist in data encoding and migration processes during the ERP software implementation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transferred to the new system, contributing to the success of the deployment.
- A bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accountancy, or related fields is mandatory.
- Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in successfully implementing and supporting ERP software systems, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Possesses a profound technical acumen, with an extensive comprehension of ERP software architecture and its functionality.
- Exhibits exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to address and resolve intricate technical issues effectively.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal forms.
- Capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical users with clarity and precision.
- Strong project management skills, including the capacity to concurrently oversee multiple client implementations and support initiatives.
- A track record of meeting project deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality results.
- A keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining data integrity and ensuring system reliability.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required for on-site support.
- Must be open to working remotely during night shifts to accommodate global time zone differences.
