: Parsons is now looking to hire an experienced Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist with a desire to work on infrastructure projects that change the fabric of our community. A Cybersecurity Implementation Specialist at this level is a fully qualified and experienced professional, proficient in the utilization of all related discipline theories and practices. He shall have enough experience in the implementation of cybersecurity controls on systems, network components, control systems, PLC/TRU/PRTU, firewalls, etc. In addition he will have a working knowledge of IEC 62443 series of standards, NIST SP800-53, 800-82, CSF, Qatar NICS Standard and associated experience in implementing controls on OT equipment We need our Specialists to be versatile, enthusiastic, to be able to work in highly flexible, team oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills. Responsibilities:
- Establishing a companywide cybersecurity management system as per the 62443 standards
- Conduct cyber risk assessment workshop
- Monitor and offer recommendation as needed to organization (ICS) practices
- Acted as a (ICS)subject matter expert during system FAT & SAT
- Liaison with site automation vendors in Cyber Security matters
- Review Automation Vendor Design Specification (FDS)
- Review and update company cybersecurity frameworks
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products such Palto alto,Nuzoomi, F5,Data Diode
- Offer expert advice on vendor cybersecurity solution
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 10+ years of related work experience.
- Certification in SANS GRID or SANS GCIH required
- Professional Engineer registration may be required.
- Strong experience in Cyber Security incident response and analysis skills in Packet capture analysis, Windows and Linux log analysis, Vulnerability analysis and Firewall rules analysis
- Proficiency / Expertise in PC software packages typically associated with this discipline is required.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations, is required.
