We are looking for an

ERP Engineer

for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi UAE

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 1 year

Qualification and Experience Required:

SAP Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in one SAP ECC6 core module (FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM, or CS). A good knowledge of PP or MM will be a strong advantage. Industry Insights: A background in the manufacturing domain, with experience setting up industry-specific SAP activities. Technical Acumen: Knowledge of SAP and Non-SAP integrations (PLM, MES) and SAP certifications are preferred. Global Perspective: Experience working with onshore-offshore delivery models and managed service providers. Education: Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in a core module. Hands-on experience with two full lifecycle implementation projects. Fluency in French and English.
Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility

Deliver support and troubleshooting for SAP ECC applications, identifying and resolving issues for end-users. Assist users with SAP functionality, ensuring efficient and accurate operations. Proactively monitor system alerts and interfaces, mitigating risks to system performance and data integrity. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles and FAQs, to empower self-service for end-users. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, enhance services, and ensure operational excellence. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve service efficiency. Manage the external partner in charge of the level 1 support and the new developments.
