We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to support ERP HRMS systems, focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), for a government entity in Abu Dhabi. This role entails diagnosing and resolving issues within HR, Payroll, and Self-Service modules, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and upgrades.? Key Responsibilities: - Incident Management: Address and resolve Level 2 support incidents related to Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, and iRecruitment - Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify underlying causes of recurring issues and implement effective solutions - System Enhancements: Assist in applying patches, performing minor enhancements, and supporting module upgrades to maintain optimal system performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with Level 3 support and development teams to resolve complex issues and implement system improvements - Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HRMS data, maintaining high standards of data integrity and system reliability - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, solutions implemented, and best practices for future reference Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, and iRecruitment - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HRMS configurations, fast formulas, workflows, and the ability to troubleshoot PL/SQL code related to HRMS issues - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. - Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and best practices Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud HRMS) applications - Familiarity with payroll processing in both EBS and Fusion environments - Knowledge of data migration and integration between HRMS and other ERP modules - Experience with Oracle Support (SR management) and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow - Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively Benefits: ..
