We are looking for a detail-oriented ERP Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our ERP system. You will work closely with end users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operation, resolve issues, and support ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level support for ERP-related issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate as needed.
Assist in ERP user training and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Support system upgrades, patches, and testing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic understanding of SQL and system workflows.
