Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Administrator to join our team during the critical phase of our Odoo ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP logic, proven experience in ERP administration (Odoo experience is a strong advantage), and the ability to support end-users, maintain system integrity, and ensure smooth business process integration.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure data accuracy, and help drive the successful adoption of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Administer, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system in line with business requirements.

B. Support the ERP implementation process, including data migration, module configuration, and workflow optimization.

C. Collaborate with department heads to ensure ERP processes align with operational needs.

D. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.

E. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or developers for resolution.

F. Develop and maintain ERP documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

G. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and compliance.

H. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.

I. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

J. Liaise with IT and operations teams to integrate ERP with other business systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role (Odoo experience preferred).

? Strong understanding of ERP workflows, data structures, and business process mapping.

? Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

? Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software tools.

? Experience using AI tools for data analysis, reporting, or process automation is an advantage.

? Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

? High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ERP implementation projects, particularly Odoo. Basic knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL is a plus). Familiarity with API integrations and system customization. Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or finance workflows.
