As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team or department. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members to ensure the successful completion of projects installation/reaction and tasks.
Duties & Responsibility's
Understanding the scope of project, project requirements and deliverables.
? Understanding the work schedule and planning the tasks accordingly.
? Assist with construction manager for weekly look ahead program.
? Proficient in planning and executing tasks as per the work schedule in compliance with
quality standards by keeping cost under control.
? To work out the resource requirements on basis of previous experience and actual site
conditions.
? To assist in analyzing the design feasibility as per actual site conditions.
? Skilled in facilitating clear and concise communications between design & Steel
structure and fabrication professionals, team members.
Ensuring safety requirements for the project.
? Preparing daily progress reports, workers productivity report and other MS reports and
reporting to General Manager.
? To participate in progress review meetings, to understand the shortcomings and
preparing corrective action plan.
? Preparing site inspections and get approval from consultant for all works.
? Excellent relationship management, analytical, communication skills in coordination with
Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
