valid UAE driving license
is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Supervise and manage steel structure erection activities at the site.
Coordinate with the project manager, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize site operations.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure all HSE regulations are strictly followed at the site.
Communicate effectively with team members and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
UAE Driving License is
mandatory.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in steel structure erection.
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
