Key Responsibilities
Client Management and Business Development

• Support the Corporate Finance Advisory team in originating and executing equity capital market and corporate finance transactions.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in transaction execution and documentation.
• Prepare detailed marketing presentations, pitch books, investor materials, information memoranda, and term sheets.
• Develop full financial models for corporate finance transactions using methodologies such as DCF, LBO, DDM, and merger analysis.
• Evaluate business models and financial reports to support transaction recommendations.
• Assist with due diligence, compliance checks, and coordination of cross-functional reviews (legal, risk, and financial).

Policies, Systems, and Procedures

• Ensure all departmental policies and processes comply with FAB's corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvements in systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Self-Management and Development

• Set and achieve annual performance goals in alignment with departmental objectives.
• Pursue professional development and training to strengthen ECM and financial advisory skills.
• Stay updated on market developments, trends, and new investment opportunities in regional and global capital markets.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, or ECM roles within a reputable international bank or Big 4 firm.
• Prior exposure to global financial markets such as London, New York, Singapore, or Hong Kong is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of equity markets, transaction structures, and valuation methodologies.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
