Job Description
We are currently working with a prestigious Dubai-based asset manager who is looking to bring on board a new APAC Ex-China Ex-Japan equity analyst. The strategy that they are hiring for is a Frontier market-focused long-only fund. They are looking to bring someone on board that has experience covering this region in a buy-side role. The team is comprised of generalists so they are looking for someone who has an appetite to look across different sectors.
The strategy is concentrated with 25-35 names and a holding period of 3-5 years. They like to look for compounders and invest primarily in small and mid-cap equities.

- Degree from a top university
- 3-7 years\' experience in the buy-side as an equity analyst
- Cover the APAC Ex China Ex Japan region extensively
- Have worked as a generalist
- Be highly analytical
- Ideally come from a Frontier/Emerging market strategy
- Be willing to relocate to Dubai
