The Equipment Rental Sales Executive - Heavy Machinery is responsible for generating rental revenue by promoting and leasing heavy equipment to clients across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas and industrial sectors in the UAE. The role focuses on new business development, client relationship management, and maximizing equipment utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Rental Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell rental solutions for heavy machinery (earthmoving, lifting, material handling, power equipment, etc.)
Identify and develop new rental clients across UAE projects and industries
Achieve monthly and annual rental sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and procurement teams
Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess equipment requirements
Act as the main point of contact from enquiry to contract closure
Quotation & Contract Management
Prepare rental quotations, commercial proposals, and rental agreements
Negotiate rental rates, contract terms, and duration
Ensure timely contract signing, renewals, and extensions
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure equipment availability and delivery
Monitor equipment performance and address client concerns during the rental period
Support billing, collection, and documentation processes
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand in the UAE rental market
Provide feedback to management on fleet utilization and customer requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
