EPM Consultant
Adecco is looking to hire a EPM Consultant for our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE is primarily responsible for building, deploying, maintaining, and automating our software development pipeline from source control through production. Works closely with operations as a developer, or with development as an operation professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of any new or existing Corporate Business Applications projects and ensure that the implemented solutions are as per industry best practices
• Provide day-to-day operational support, including responding to incidents, service requests, and tasks
• Responsible for the health and performance of any new or existing Corporate Business Applications
• Ensure optimization of any new or existing ETL and EDW environments.
• Actively participate in the design and continual improvements of the corporate business architecture.
• Act as a subject matter expert for a few or more of the below Corporate Business Applications
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft Project Server (EPM)
• Microsoft SQL
• Power BI
• Salesforce
• Confluence
• Adobe Pro Signer
• Analyze data from existing Corporate Business Applications and produce technical and business reports for consumption by departmental managers.
• Take ownership of all the Corporate Business Applications integrations and work closely with Internal and external partners
• Work with business users across the organization to gather and understand business requirements and convert them into deliverables
• Directly provide user training and training materials to corporate users when required.
• Follow ITIL best practices when resolving support tickets and deploying changes to the environment
• Provide advanced-level advice, guidance, and assistance to less experienced colleagues
• Ensure compliance with all approved policies and processes
• Take ownership of all the assigned projects and tasks, and follow the agreed timelines
• Upgrade knowledge and skills in the domain continuously

Preferred Certifications/Training:

  Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
• Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, Google, G42)
• ITIL v3 Foundation or higher
