Wood is currently inviting expressions of interest for Project Risk Lead position to be based in Abu Dhabi for a Sour Gas FEED project.

Responsibilities
Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for projects
analyzing risks through risk assessments, as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business
Comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organization\xe2\x80\x99s previous handling of risks
Risk reporting to management so they understand the most significant risks and to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to ensure they understand their accountability for individual risks
Carrying out processes such as purchasing insurance, implementing health and safety measures and making business continuity plans to limit risks and prepare for if things go wrong
Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors
Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 15 years relevant industry or risk management experience and/or accreditation
Previous experience with Primavera P6
Risk management experience, including knowledge of risk management governance and controls
Excellent people management and leadership abilities * Superior communication, facilitation and consensus-building skills
Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of positive influence
High degree of personal initiative
Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces
Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented and dynamic environment
Conceptual and practical thinking and implementation skills
Process design and analysis skills
Must have ADNOC projects experience" AND "must have Sour Gas experience"
