About the Role: You will be responsible for the full interior design management of this high-profile resort renovation, from concept design to final execution. Your focus will be on luxury, functionality, and cultural context, ensuring every design detail aligns with 5-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Lead all design stages, including concept, schematic, detailed design, and FF&E coordination. Work closely with the client, operator, and consultants to define and implement design strategies. Ensure design deliverables meet quality, cost, and time objectives. Supervise the in-house team and external design consultants. Guide technical reviews, design workshops, and value engineering sessions. Monitor site execution to ensure design integrity is maintained. Act as the primary liaison between the design team and construction team.

Requirements: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Hospitality Design or Luxury Interiors (preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality interior design. At least 5 years in a managerial or project leadership role within Oman/GCC. Experience with luxury hotel or resort renovations is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Understanding of GCC hospitality design trends and cultural aesthetics.
