- Set team\xe2\x80\x99s KPIs, and tracks and reports results
- Ensures planning and execution of budgets, forecasts expenses, tracks and reports as appropriate
- Supports production and execution of shows and events
- Schedules and leads meetings as required
- Assembles show manuals and documentation for both working use and historical archives
- Oversees inspections, installation in the theatres and show/entertainment areas as needed
