Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Enterprise Solution Architect

to lead the global design and implementation of workforce incentives compensation and performance-based pay solutions for retail stores, leveraging Oracle CX. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Oracle Technical Architecture, a strong background in Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks, and a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of workforce incentives compensation and performance-based pay solutions for retail stores. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions that leverage Oracle CX and align with client business objectives. Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design tailored solutions. Develop comprehensive architectural designs, solution specifications, and implementation roadmaps. Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus among stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with solution strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings. Troubleshoot and resolve challenges that span across multiple teams and domains.

Technical Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience.

Advanced proficiency in

Oracle Technical Architecture

. Strong knowledge of

Enterprise Architecture Frameworks

and

Solution Architecture

principles. Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, multi-tower, and large-scale solutions. Experience in workforce incentives or performance-based pay solutions is highly desirable. Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is an asset.

Other Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment. Ability to work as part of global, matrixed, and remote teams. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. * Self-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
