Assist sales in the qualification of customer needs through discovery;

Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via WebEx;
Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept engagements with prospects;
Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents;
Ability to review local competitors ability and create a comparison list to act accordingly to promote mentioned product
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.;
Ability to sell Professional Services, conduct transition briefing \xe2\x80\x93 communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment;
