Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on driving innovative solutions for the real estate and property management sectors. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and IT infrastructure teams to implement, support, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that align with our business needs and objectives. This role requires both a strong technical foundation and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. The Role:

Functional Analysis & Consulting: Work closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements specific to the properties industry, such as property management, lease administration, sales, and financial reporting. Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Real Estate Management to meet the business requirements. Provide functional expertise during the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and documentation aligned with business processes.

Technical Configuration & Development: Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud applications according to business and technical requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to implement and customize Oracle Fusion applications, including integrations with systems like Salesforce for property management. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics related to property management, financial data, and performance metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

System Integration & Testing: Lead and support integration of Oracle Fusion applications with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and Salesforce for property management. Conduct testing of configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure they meet business and functional requirements. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.

End-User Support & Training: Provide functional and technical support for end-users in the property industry. Train business users on Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities to maximize adoption. Offer ongoing support, issue resolution, and optimization recommendations.

Project Management: Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud projects' lifecycle, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. Provide status reports and updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure solutions are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule. Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, especially Financials, Procurement, and Property Management modules. BacheloraEUR(TM)s or masteraEUR(TM)s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion applications, including technical and functional roles. Expertise in property management, real estate processes, and lease accounting. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and related tools. Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Oracle Fusion applications. Proficiency in writing functional specifications and documentation. Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and SQL for report development. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
