Excellent understanding of Document Management, Document Management Solutions.
Understanding of CMS workflows, integrations and business processes.
Enterprise Portals and Content Management implementation experience mandatory.
Experience in managing project implementation and upgrades.
Proficient at managing changing and upgrades to enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with senior leadership levels to understand their business processes and tailor solutions accordingly.
Adept at handling various stakeholders and managing expectations of senior leaders in the organization.
In-depth and thorough understanding of Oracle Web Center Suite (Oracle WCC 12c, ADF UI, 11g and Oracle WCP).
Fair understanding of Power BI reporting solutions.
Basic understanding of Oracle SOA, Oracle ERP, Oracle workflows.
Knowledge on Ever Business Correspondence solution, Wrench Smart projects.
Knowledge of any other content management/portal solutions would be an advantage.
ECM Certifications are highly desired
Adept in Java, ADF framework, Oracle SQL, PLSQL, MS SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, Excel macros, UCM 12c, UCM11g, Portal 12c
