Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Capability Management

• Own, define, and continuously evolve the enterprise business capability map and underlying taxonomy
• Serve as the authoritative owner of capability definitions and relationships across the organization
• Ensure capability-centric thinking is embedded across architecture, planning, and delivery practices

Architecture and Traceability

• Maintain traceability between capabilities and business architecture views including journeys, processes, value streams, services, and systems
• Act as an integrator between strategy, business design, and IT execution to enable reuse and consistency
• Ensure capability information is maintained and accessible within enterprise architecture repositories and planning tools

Transformation and Strategic Alignment

• Conduct capability assessments, maturity reviews, and heatmaps to identify transformation opportunities
• Collaborate with strategy and transformation teams to define target capabilities and perform gap analysis
• Align capability evolution with business cases, investment proposals, and multi-year roadmaps

Operating Model and Investment Enablement

• Support target operating model definition from a capability-centric perspective
• Enable investment planning, portfolio optimization, and rationalization through structured capability management
• Provide insights that support prioritization, sequencing, and value realization of initiatives

Technical Excellence and Governance

• Drive architectural excellence by applying modern architectural patterns including microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance considerations are embedded in business solution designs
• Promote best practices and standards across enterprise architecture and delivery teams

Ideal Profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, or capability management within banking or financial services
• Strong expertise in business capability modeling, taxonomy design, and traceability frameworks
• Proven ability to align strategy with execution across complex organizations
• Solid understanding of modern enterprise and solution architecture patterns
• Strong analytical skills with experience conducting capability assessments and maturity models
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
