Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Capability Ownership

• Define, own, and continuously evolve the enterprise business capability map and underlying taxonomy
• Act as the authoritative owner of capability definitions and their relationships across the organization
• Ensure capability-centric thinking is embedded across architecture, planning, and delivery practices

Architecture Traceability and Integration

• Maintain end-to-end traceability between capabilities and business architecture views including journeys, processes, value streams, services, and systems
• Integrate strategy, business design, and IT execution to foster reuse, consistency, and transparency
• Ensure capability data is accessible and usable within enterprise architecture repositories and planning tools

Transformation and Strategic Alignment

• Conduct capability assessments, maturity reviews, and heatmaps to identify transformation opportunities
• Collaborate with strategy and transformation teams to define target capabilities and perform gap analysis
• Align capability evolution with business cases, investment proposals, and delivery roadmaps

Operating Model and Investment Enablement

• Support definition of target operating models using a capability-centric approach
• Enable investment planning and portfolio rationalization through structured capability management
• Provide insights to support prioritization, sequencing, and value realization of initiatives

Technical Excellence and Governance

• Drive architectural excellence by applying modern patterns such as microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance considerations are embedded in business solution designs
• Promote industry best practices, standards, and governance across architecture and delivery teams

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture or business architecture within banking or financial services
• Strong expertise in business capability modeling, taxonomy design, and traceability frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to align strategy with execution across complex organizations
• Solid understanding of modern enterprise and solution architecture patterns
• Strong analytical skills with experience conducting capability assessments and maturity models
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
