Role: Enterprise Assets Management - Manager
Role: Enterprise Assets Management - Manager
- Experience in assets capitalization policies and procedures as per International accounting standards.
- Enterprise Assets Management - Optimization experience
- Consulting on improvement on assets utilization for a variety of industries
- Ability to review of current system architecture and configuration of fixed assets in the ERP including COA and master data relating to fixed assets (FA) register
- Ability to perform a high-level gap analysis of FA Management processes in terms of critical processes and policies by analyzing available documents, information, data, and current IT architecture
- Experience in Regulatory assets valuation
- Experience in fixed assets componentization in various industries
- Planning and organizing physical verification
- Develop the requirements for physical verification including the development of templates for verification, reconciliation, reporting and preparation of fixed assets register
- Guidance and supervision of physical verification team
- Experience in tagging of assets and requirements
- Experience in various tagging methodology - RFID
- Experience in the reconciliation of physical verification details with the assets records of the ERP Accounting system
- Able to analyse and identify the GAP between the existing FA (Fixed Assets) structures and to be status.
- Able to identify the gap and provide solutions to fix the gap
- Experience in management reporting on fixed assets policies, gaps and reconciliation
- Prior experience in reconciliation projects especially in fixed assets against company financials
- Able to develop FAR (Fixed assets register) from zero level
- Able to identify efficiency opportunities for the management and Identify Key inputs and outputs
- Support knowledge transfer by conducting workshops with the key stakeholders for effective maintenance of fixed assets
- Experience in FA modules in various ERP systems. Example - Oracle, SAP
- Experience in various AMS systems - example - MAXIMO/GIS.
