The Enterprise Architecture Manager is responsible for establishing and running of the Enterprise Architecture practice within AWR Group. This role works with enterprise leaders, product managers, and product/project delivery teams through the selection and implementation of transformative initiatives aligning with business strategy and desired outcomes.

The enterprise architect\xe2\x80\x99s scope of activities includes helping the organization achieve targeted business outcomes related to growing revenue, optimizing costs, mitigating risks, and improving sustainability. They focus on the development of the business and IT strategy and enterprise architecture of the organization as a whole. The Enterprise architecture manager will develop an enterprise architecture program (EAP) to get a full view of your business technology, analyze where processes can be integrated or eliminated in the organization, and help to improve the efficiency and reliability of business information.

\xc2\xa7 Manage the creation of the enterprise architecture function/program.

\xc2\xa7 Manage the identification and analysis of enterprise business, application, information/data, and technology architecture.

\xc2\xa7 Facilitate alignment between business and technology, and across the entire IT landscape

\xc2\xa7 Analyze the current information technology environment to recommend solutions for improvement.

\xc2\xa7 Promote Enterprise Architecture (EA) \xe2\x80\x93 its process, outcome, and ongoing results to the organization including IT and business leaders.

\xc2\xa7 Establish and ensure smooth operations of Enterprise Architecture board(s)

\xc2\xa7 Help standardize business processes across the AWR Group of companies.

\xc2\xa7 Design AWR Group organizational structure with defined roles & activities.

\xc2\xa7 Provide a web-based HTML Business Processes view.

\xc2\xa7 Provide high-quality BP documentation for Business users.

\xc2\xa7 Design streamlined business processes aligned with business strategies.

\xc2\xa7 Design business process goals with effective KPI\xe2\x80\x99s measurements.

\xc2\xa7 Align business processes with risk management.

\xc2\xa7 Provide high-quality Business Process documentation for Internal Audit review & recommendations.

\xc2\xa7 Experience with SQL, data sourcing, enterprise data management, modeling, business strategy, auditing, and compliance.

\xc2\xa7 Skills and expertise include cloud computing, system architecture, strategy development, and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or business management is required

\xc2\xb7 MBA is a plus

\xc2\xb7 TOGAF and/or equivalent professional certification in Enterprise Architecture is required. Professional membership of AEA is desirable.

Experience:

\xc2\xb7 At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture domains covering business, information/data, technical and application architecture

\xc2\xb7 Experience in one or more relevant business domains \xe2\x80\x93 Automotive, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Trading, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in implementing applications across different domains is preferable

\xc2\xb7 Experience in implementing and maintaining EA tools such as Mega Hopex, Software AG, Orbus, Lean IX, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
