Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated and skilled ENT Specialist to become a valuable member of our healthcare team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and managing a range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, while providing exceptional care and support to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations of patients presenting with ENT conditions.
Diagnose disorders affecting the ear, nose, and throat and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Utilize both medical and surgical treatments to optimize patient health outcomes.
Conduct diagnostic procedures such as audiometry, endoscopies, and imaging studies as needed.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
Engage in collaborative practice with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on advancements in otolaryngology.
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Otolaryngology.
Current medical license to practice in the state.
At least three years of clinical experience in the field of ENT.
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills related to ENT conditions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.
Bilingual capabilities are a plus, but not required.
