Role Description
We are seeking an English Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team in Cairo. This is a full-time position where you will handle communication with customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience and fostering brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Demonstrated expertise in Troubleshooting and problem resolution
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a customer support or service-oriented role
Familiarity with CRM tools or systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
