We are looking for a friendly and reliable Call Centre Agent to join our team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling the restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls, take reservations, answer menu-related inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. You play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and the restaurant team.
Main Duties:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Take accurate food orders and reservations using the restaurant's system.
Provide information about the menu, daily specials, promotions, and restaurant policies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and a positive attitude.
Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen or relevant staff.
Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to resolve any issues quickly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
Follow scripts and standard operating procedures when required.
Upsell additional items and promote ongoing offers where appropriate.
Requirements:
Good communication and listening skills. Fluent in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
Friendly and patient attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
