We are seeking a fluent English-Arabic speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English and Arabic
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and call handling targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software

Work Schedule:
- Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Overtime may be required during peak periods

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
