Engineer Interior & Material Audit
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Focuses on approval and compliance of interior finishes, materials, and design elements
Assesses durability, quality, and alignment with specifications.
Conducts audits and inspections for material quality and installation compliance.
Conduct site inspections to verify finishes and materials.
Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective actions; coordinate with ID consultants and contractors to close audit observations.
Evaluate alternative materials for quality and cost efficiency.
Over 10 years of experience and qualified Engineer / Architecture or related discipline
Who can apply:
Developer / Design / Site Technical Review experience on ID elements of projects.
Lead or Specialist ID Design Consultants: Technical Review in either a Design or a Site Supervision role.
Specialist ID/Fit-out Contractor: Part of technical or engineering team
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation details.
Ability to interpret drawings and BOQs.
* Experience in reviewing mock-ups and shop drawings.
