Job Description

Key Responsibilities

(ADNOC Onshore & Offshore)
  • Receipt and tracking of Tubular Allocations.
  • ADNOC Daily Drilling Report (DDR) Review and Operations status tracking.
  • Management of MR\xe2\x80\x99s and uploading data into inventory system (Tubestream).
  • Modified Goods Management (perforated, coated pipe etc.).
  • Inspection Planning with VMI Operations (Ops) team.
  • Communicate with each Drilling Supervisor (DS) to confirm delivery dates.
  • Dispatch and trucking management from the yard to delivery point.
  • Arrangement of Transportation docs if required (Gate Pass Form, Permit etc.).
  • Preparation of Delivery Note (DN) and handover to Ops.
  • KPI monitoring and keep tracking.
Operations \xe2\x80\x93 Rig Returns (RR)
  • Receipt of RR requests.
  • Negative Reservation (NR) receipt and verification prior to booking trucks.
  • Truck booking with Transporter (DSV, Cardiff etc.).
  • Dispatch and trucking management from delivery point back to the yard.
  • Tool Service yard backloads and inspection report submissions to QA/QC.
Operations \xe2\x80\x93 Delivery Notes (DN)
  • Creation, review, and management of DN\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Management of unsigned DN\xe2\x80\x99s through to PIC for signature.
  • Follow up with transporter(s) for unsigned DN\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Completion of fully signed DN\xe2\x80\x99s from all third-party deliveries.
  • Submission and follow up with Habshan (local agent).
Authority
  • Creation, review, and management of DN\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Dispatch and trucking management from the yard to delivery point.
Experience / Education
  • Engineering degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communication - Demonstrated ability and professionalism in working with customers; able to discern the appropriateness of communications.
  • Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and internal business partners.
  • Capable of utilizing interpersonal skills very effectively in coordinating administrative tasks.
  • Understands the importance of contribution within a team and individuals that make up a team.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
