Responsible for planning, execution, and correction of production work in the subsidiary company.
Responsible for organizing a series of project management activities, including contract disclosure, site investigation, management disclosure, project planning, project inspection, and project summary.
Responsible for organizing a series of technical management activities, including the three major plans of projects, high-tech, promotion of scientific and technological achievements, construction of the four modernizations, construction plans, technical proposals, etc. in company.
Responsible for identifying risks and other unstable factors during project execution.
Develop a detailed work plan for the engineering management department according to the department director's work plan and organize its implementation.
Assisting the department director in organizing and implementing company projects, process control, and resource coordination.
Responsible for the engineering technology information management of company projects.
Assisting the department director in team training, system construction, and policy formulation.
Responsible for other tasks assigned by management.
Educational and professional experience requirements:
Master's degree with at least 4 years of work experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
Candidates should have more than two full-cycle project experiences in large-scale projects, or have served as the primary person in charge for significant reform initiatives, major research projects, or important work plans in the relevant field.
Candidates with excellent writing and data analysis skills will be given priority under equal conditions.
