We are looking for a

Technical Support Engineer / Project Coordinator

to support the execution of

ELV and Security Systems

projects, including

CCTV, Access Control, and Parking Barrier Systems

. The candidate will coordinate project and AMC activities, manage ERP systems and documentation, and support field teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ERP system and maintain accurate project records. Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation (submittals, drawings, progress reports, etc.). Monitor project progress, material delivery, manpower allocation, and site activities. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment. Schedule and attend project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure work complies with technical standards and company quality procedures. Maintain as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation. Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements. Deliver, install, configure, and commission system components. Program and configure security system devices. Provide client training and support on system operation. Coordinate effectively with project and sales teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

Experience in ELV / Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.) Knowledge of

SIRA regulations

is preferred. Hands-on experience in project coordination and portal handling. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Solution-oriented and able to work independently.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
