Job Description

We are hiring a SIRA Certified Security System Technician to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems including CCTV, VideoGuard/Eguard, ANPR, and access control systems, ensuring full compliance with SIRA regulations. The role involves frequent site work, system testing, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, ANPR, VideoGuard, access control, and alarm systems on client sites.

System Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and networking.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all installations comply with SIRA standards and assist in preparing compliance documentation.

Testing & Commissioning:

Conduct site testing and commissioning to verify system performance before handover.

Site Coordination:

Work closely with the engineering and project teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Customer Support:

Provide on-site assistance and basic training to clients on system operations.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security system installation and support.

Technical Knowledge:

Practical experience with CCTV, VideoGuard/Eguard, ANPR, networking, and access control systems.

SIRA Certification:

Must hold a valid SIRA Technician License.

Driving License:

UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

Nationality:

Any.

Skills:

Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret system layouts and basic technical drawings. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently on field assignments under minimal supervision.
