Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured graduate development programs across engineering and scientific functions.
• Support operational, technical, and project teams in oil and gas production, drilling, processing, and sustainability initiatives.
• Complete on-the-job training assignments under supervision of experienced engineers and technical leaders.
• Engage in competency assessments, performance evaluations, and structured learning modules.
• Contribute to engineering analysis, data interpretation, and technical reporting activities.
• Adhere to ADNOC policies, operational standards, and HSE requirements.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National graduate in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Marine, Safety, Fire Protection, Structural, Production, or Engineering Project Management disciplines.
• Graduates in Geophysics, Geoscience, Geology, Polymer Science, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, Nanotechnology, Nautical Sciences, Energy Science, Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Mathematics and Statistics, or related engineering and science fields.
• Medically fit in accordance with job environment requirements.
• Completion of national service unless exempted by UAE law.
• Government clearance including certificate of good conduct.
• Successful completion of ADNOC entry assessments and interviews.
