We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil & Structural Works Auditor / Design Review Specialist to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of structural, concrete, and finishing works on-site. This role is critical in maintaining project standards and timelines across all civil and structural elements.Key Responsibilities
Audit structural, concrete, and finishing works during site execution. Monitor compliance with relevant codes, quality standards, and project schedules. Conduct technical and quality reviews of civil, structural, and finishing elements during both design and site phases. Collaborate with developers and consultants to ensure alignment with project specifications. Lead design consultants in technical and quality reviews, either in a design or site supervision role.Requirements
Strong experience in civil and structural auditing and site supervision. Knowledge of construction codes, quality benchmarks, and project scheduling. Proven ability to manage technical reviews across design and execution phases. Experience working with design teams and consultants on large-scale projects.Preferred Qualifications
Background in residential high-rise, master development communities, or luxury hospitality projects * Familiarity with local and international construction standards and practices.
