Key Accountabilities

Maintaining Sharing Infrastructure documents and utilizing it to expand and maximize network services in the most beneficial manner for the organization especially from Technology Operations perspective. Working together with Sharing partners to provide solutions for all Operational issues including VVIP complaints, Network faults related to KPIs, hardware faults of sharing equipment, Civil, EM and all other related issues in timely manner Create working group and keeping it active through bi-weekly meetings with progress and status updates of ongoing issues between the partners, tracking and sharing the progress with management Driving the new sharing projects and its smooth transition from Implementation to Operations during all phases of the project and ensure that the contracts and agreements are aligned in the best interest of the organization from Technology Operations perspective. Acting as an interface between both Technology Operations and other internal departments like Implementation/Planning /Site Sharing teams with our Sharing partners to unravel complex issues from both sides including projects/finance/contracts etc. Identifying and implementing automation of recurrent tasks in the Service Sharing domain Preparing timely reports for management Ensure compliance and adherence to Regulatory and Audit requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering. Leadership and management certifications.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a role in Telecom industry, with involvement in Telecom Services Performance. Advanced understanding of all telecom domains. Advanced understanding of data analysis, visualization, machine learning modeling and artificial intelligence applications Proven hands-on experience in Radio access network Expertise level of Sharing infrastructure contract management and operations

Proven ability to lead large transformation projects Ability to lead teams and groups Strong negotiation and facilitation skills Proven track record of managing vendors Proven track record in governance and financial management Strong management skills in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment * Fluent in English and Arabic is advantage
