Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Shared Services Manager

to oversee and streamline administrative, HR, procurement, and facility management functions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with company policies, and support business needs by managing shared services effectively.

Strategic

Develop and execute strategies for shared services, focusing on optimizing Sales, Marketing, and HR. Collaborate with senior leadership to align shared services with organizational goals and priorities. Lead the design and implementation of standardized processes, policies, and performance metrics across all functions. Prepare an annual business plan and be responsible to meet the forecasted budgets, cash flow and profit. Develop new business opportunities. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.

Financial

Contribute in setting Fast Fixer yearly financial budget. Develop and manage budgets for shared services, ensuring cost optimization and ROI.

Operational

Minimum Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 8-10 years in a leadership role managing multi-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, Logistics). Experience in construction projects, material selection, and safety regulations. trong knowledge of HR policies, procurement, and business operations. Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation in shared services. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong leadership and teamwork skills to coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors.
