Job Description

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules to support all Engineering Services (ES) sections in their daily operations. The goal is to ensure optimal utilization of time, materials, services, and human resources to complete all tasks on a weekly basis, contributing to maximum efficiency and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate work orders based on maintenance plans with Planners and Section Heads. Plan for and eliminate delays caused by lack of information, materials, equipment, tools, or skills. Manage the weekly backlog of maintenance tasks. Ensure proper coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, prioritizing Breakdown, Corrective, and Preventive Maintenance. Determine labor requirements in advance for specific areas or locations. Collaborate with PAE and Shift Leaders to align preventive maintenance schedules with maintenance plans, asset availability, spare parts, and resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Skills & Experience:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in engineering and maintenance, with exposure to planning and scheduling tools. Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Strong prioritization skills to minimize the impact on asset availability. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
