Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Engineer - Procurement & Contracts

to join our team. The role involves managing procurement processes, reviewing contracts, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services. Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants. Prepare, review, and analyze BOQs for projects. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to align procurement with project timelines. Monitor project budgets and ensure procurement aligns with cost control objectives. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications. Assist in resolving procurement-related disputes and contract issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 2 to 5 years of planning experience in construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial). Strong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and contract law. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or project management software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred with own visa / sponsored visa
