We're hiring a Facility Management Engineer at Superfine Facilities Management LLC . With extensive experience in the GCC region, we specialize in delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable facilities management services. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations in the GCC. Troubleshoot and resolve urgent maintenance issues. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in the GCC region. Knowledge of building systems and local regulations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
