Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications or Computer engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
More than 6 to 7 years of experience in Mobile Core network (IP Nating, SIP, and SS7 Signalling) and telecom technologies with team management and analytical abilities.
Skills
Good Knowledge about the following is must: SS7 ISUP, SIGTRAN, SIP, IP network , International Call Setup Call flow.
Good knowledge core protocols like H.248, SIP, SS7, and SS7 over IP SIGTRAN, SIP/SIP-I/SIP-T, A-interface through knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting.
Time and resource management.
Report analysis skills.
Communication, Flexibility and Customer Service Orientation.
Work under pressure an able to motivate and inspire the team.
