Employee Relations Coordinator

to support our growing workforce and drive a positive and compliant employee experience.

Job Summary:



The Employee Relations Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting employee-related processes across a large-scale workforce. This includes handling day-to-day employee queries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have

experience working in high-volume environments

and is

comfortable with manual documentation and follow-up processes.



Key Responsibilities:



Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to company policies, attendance, grievances, leaves, and disciplinary actions Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including manual filing and system entries where applicable Assist in the preparation of warning letters, investigation reports, and other employee documentation Support HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate data related to absences, warnings, and other deductions Ensure timely escalation and resolution of employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality and neutrality Track and manage employee complaints, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up Conduct routine employee check-ins and surveys to monitor engagement and flag any issues early Support the HR team during audits or inspections by providing requested employee documentation Stay updated on UAE labor law developments and assist in implementing changes where needed

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in an employee relations or generalist HR role Hands-on experience managing a

large headcount

, preferably in construction, real estate, or similar fast-paced industries Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage

manual documentation and follow-ups

Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with HRMS is an advantage
