PURPOSE You will be responsible of employee relations by providing advice & guidance to senior management on effective practices in employee relations to maintain and improve engagement & positive work environment You will be responsible of creating & administrating policies and procedures for employee relations in line with ER and HR strategies. You will be responsible for providing control of the service contracted which the company needs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Support/advice company's management . Consolidate and execute the company engagement initiatives in alignment with HoF and under supervision of LT. Provide day-to-day direction for employee relations related subjects. Respond to senior leadership various interrogations regarding social relationships and provide upstream advice related to the development projects of the company. Keep company's management informed on various quantitative and qualitative indicators to monitor engagement & work environment. Monitor relevant changes in the labor law related either to the national legislative framework that may impact the business (compliance) Engage with senior management and the human resources department to enroll social relations in the general strategy. Develops and implements employee relations policy and related procedures. Program different annual due dates with the employee's representative (hygiene and safety committee, COS, ...) and ensure their management while complying with relevant legal requirements, Group's policies and internal regulations. Define a strategy for communication and dialog Point of contact and manage Labor Inspection (and other relevant authorities) Ensure liaison with Company doctor for all necessary admin support Ensure liaison with CHS and CE for all necessary Admin support Contractors Provide guidance and leadership for the admin follow up and the legal compliance management of subcontractors. Meeting with the contractors on a regular basis to review progress, discuss problems and consider necessary changes. Analyze and evaluate the results of social indicators and propose action plans Oversee/ manage contracts terms negotiations with service providers Specifically, responsible for managing canteen & employees' transportation services in compliance with HSSE and labor legal requirements. General accountabilities Build a strong team by attracting & retaining talent, leading, coaching, mentoring & supporting all employees. Create an environment that is supportive of learning, training and developing team's competencies. Must be able to convey criticism in a positive or constructive way. Drive, recognize and reward team's performance, providing them with guidance for further improvement. Encourage open dialogue and communication so that activities run consistently smoothly.
