Employee Brand Experience Director - Communications - United Arab Emirates (On-site)

They are now seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Employee Brand Experience Director to join their communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the employee brand experience globally, ensuring that the organisation\'s values and culture resonate with employees at all levels. This role is integral to fostering employee engagement, loyalty, and a sense of belonging among our diverse workforce of over 10,000 employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute an effective internal communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company\'s values and objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Implement innovative communication channels to reach employees at all levels, from frontlines to board members.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP):

\xc2\xb7 Define, refine, and promote our employee value proposition to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align the EVP with our overall HR and business strategy.

Town Hall Management:

\xc2\xb7 Lead the planning, organization, and execution of Town Halls and large-scale employee meetings for a global workforce of 10,000+ employees.

\xc2\xb7 Create engaging and interactive experiences that foster transparency, two-way communication, and alignment with company goals.

Employee Engagement:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, including recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and employee surveys.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives.

Employee Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Internal Portal Management:

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage our internal portal, ensuring it serves as an effective platform for information sharing, collaboration, and engagement.

Global Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Leverage your experience working in global organisations with a minimum of 5,000 employees to understand cultural nuances and tailor programs accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Adapt strategies to accommodate the needs and preferences of a diverse, multinational workforce.

Stakeholder Engagement:

\xc2\xb7 Engage with employees at all levels, from frontlines to mid-management and board members, to build trust, gather insights, and foster collaboration.

Experience and Skills

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, HR, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of at least 10 of experience in a similar role.

\xc2\xb7 Strong experience in internal communications, EVP development, and employee engagement.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience managing Town Halls for large employee populations.

\xc2\xb7 Experience managing and optimising internal portals and digital communication platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all organizational levels.

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in global organizations with a minimum of 5,000 employees.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Creative and innovative mindset.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
