ROLE PROFILE

Title: Brand Creative Director

Division / Department: Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle - THAT

Role Purpose:

The Brand Creative Director is responsible for positioning THAT as the go-to multi-brand concept store in the region via storytelling and brand building. Directing all content and creative across all platforms and categories.

The role introduces a 360 approach to THAT, ensuring every touch point has a strong and consistent point of view and is aligned with the goals and positioning of the business. Addressing the look and feel of styling, content, imagery, campaigns, social, and tone across the brand as well as collaborations, community programs, and in-store activations.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Customer

Responsible for linking the Marketing & Communications strategy to a defined Creative strategy for all brands across THAT Concept.

Continuously working towards brand evolution and elevation

Building a multi-channel brand and creative strategies for all categories and channels

Ensure every customer touchpoint is optimized to drive further insights and personalized campaigns.

Executing a dynamic digital content strategy with a focus on brand and community growth and trading.

Lead the development and implementation of each brand creative plan ensuring alignment with business strategies, brand priorities, and established guidelines of each brand.

Conceptualizing creative partnership strategies for brands to ensure brand onboarding and secure exclusives, innovative collaborations, and secure new brands.

Oversee social content to ensure it is aligned with all areas of the business

Ensure a 360 experience across all touchpoints to ensure messaging and aesthetics are aligned.

Oversee the styling and tone of e-commerce

Ensuring a consistent tone of voice and brand identity.

Overseeing all content & creative across all platforms, channels, and categories - digital, editorial email, video, social, app, content marketing, design, and partnerships.

Review the core shopping experience to help customers navigate products on all platforms (thus increasing AOV).

Build the brand image in all operating regions through operational standards of excellence.

Accountable for the annual Creative budget, overseeing the development of each brand strategy in relation to budget and forecast, ensuring that relevant goals and objectives are incorporated and operationally stay within budget.

Provide and ensure that a high standard of creativity and execution is maintained at all times in compliance with MAF guidelines and brand regulations.

Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.

Keep customer trends and profiles in mind at all times while driving Creative initiatives.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors.

Promote and cultivate strong interpersonal relationships through effective communication and collaboration across the Marketing & Communication department.

Collaborate with MAF Holding to support the rollout of group-wide customer engagement initiatives.

Support in promoting sustainability initiatives to transform the lives of the community and contribute to the net positive impact, and health and wellness.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications/Education

Graduate degree in Marketing or Design.

MBA or additional professional certification in Design / Branding

Experience

12+ years of brand building and design

Experience in a retail/luxury environment
