Role Summary
The Emiratization Advisor provides strategic and operational support to the Emiratization department, ensuring alignment with Al-Futtaim's overall objectives. This includes developing recruitment, training, and engagement strategies, strengthening relations with government bodies, and supporting business leaders in implementing Emiratization plans across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of Emiratization initiatives.
  • Support the execution of the Emiratization strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to establish strong partnerships with schools and universities to attract Emirati talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Emiratization-related processes and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and Emiratization policies, maintaining focus on diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Provide financial reporting and manpower planning support to the Emiratization Head.
  • Advise line managers on best practices for Emirati engagement, performance, and career development.
  • Foster a culture of meritocracy, diversity, and performance within all business units.
  • Represent Al-Futtaim in dealings with government bodies, ministries, and external stakeholders such as MOHRE and MOE.
  • Monitor new regulations affecting Emiratization and advise management accordingly.
  • Identify and participate in Emiratization-related events and represent the company as a key contact.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of managerial experience, ideally with exposure to HR or nationalization programs.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratization regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Culturally aware with a strong sense of national identity and purpose.
  • Results-oriented and proactive in driving strategic initiatives.
