Position Overview
The Emiratisation Talent Sourcing Senior Manager - Global Solutions plays a strategic leadership role in identifying, attracting, and pipelining high-calibre UAE national talent across Majid Al Futtaim's diversified businesses. Based in Dubai, this role drives Emiratisation sourcing strategy, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement to meet MOHRE requirements while building sustainable national talent pipelines aligned with long-term workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive Emiratisation talent sourcing strategy aligned with business hiring needs and workforce plans across Majid Al Futtaim operating companies.
Create, maintain, and continuously refine market talent maps to identify high-potential UAE national talent across targeted roles, grades, industries, and regions.
Lead proactive talent pipelining for critical and hard-to-fill roles using strategic sourcing methodologies and diversified channels.
Track, analyse, and report Emiratisation sourcing metrics across the group using the internal Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
Prepare and present detailed sourcing performance insights and recommendations to Business TA Directors during Quarterly Operations Reviews.
Build talent intelligence capabilities by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging sourcing techniques within the UAE national talent landscape.
Develop and manage an annual employment fairs and national engagement calendar to position Majid Al Futtaim as an employer of choice for Emirati talent and maximise return on investment.
Ensure sourcing outcomes meet MOHRE thresholds and internal Emiratisation targets, mitigating compliance risks and potential penalties.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with governmental and semi-governmental entities to expand access to UAE national talent pools.
Ensure all sourcing activities comply with UAE labour laws, employment regulations, and internal governance standards.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in talent sourcing and management within a corporate or shared services environment.
Proven hands-on experience in UAE national talent sourcing and Emiratisation programmes is mandatory.
Strong track record of engaging with government stakeholders and national employment bodies.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing channels, market mapping, talent intelligence, and UAE employment regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic and data-driven mindset.
Professional certifications in talent sourcing or talent management are an added advantage.
