Job description Our company looking for an Emirati sales association who responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. Offer product knowledge, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets. Utilize effective selling techniques, such as up selling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Stay up to date with new product launches and updates. Store Operations: Assist with stock replenishment, merchandise display, and maintaining visual standards to attract customers. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Adhere to cash handling and loss prevention procedures. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Assist colleagues as needed and participate in store meetings and training sessions. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and insights to the store management team. Identify sales trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of the product category or industry is advantageous. Familiarity with cash handling and POS (point-of-sale) systems. Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1.00 per month
