Emirati Female Receptionist - Front Office Crew
to be the welcoming face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will create an exceptional first impression for clients, handle front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
Manage front desk operations, including check-in, appointments, and inquiries.
Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff for scheduling.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
Manage administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, and front office coordination.
Support patient experience by assisting with forms, billing, and follow-ups.
Requirements
UAE National (Emirati female)
- mandatory.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality (healthcare experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week
